Around 6 in 10 physicians in a Medscape survey said that reimbursing their services based on relative value units (RVUs) generated is unfair. About 70% of them believe RVUs are not a good tool to measure their productivity, and about 60% dislike using RVUs generated to set their salary and bonus.
