2 Sided Victorian Mourning Hair 9C Gold (unmarked) Brooch. Brown, Blonde Prince of Wales Hair Weave on Back with Over Extended Brooch Over it & 1800 C Clasp 249.90. Black Onyx w/ Gold Starburst & Seed Pearl on front, OOAK. Clasp is tight enough so you could slip a chain under it & wear perpendicular. I added gold plated pendant converter at no extra charge.<br>This brooch is all original, more than 100 years old! In excellent condition. These 2 sides are your secret. Only those you show the woven hair to will know its there.<br>The 2 sided Brooch Measures 1 1/8" x 5/8" wide x 3/8" deep.<br>Victorians took their mourning very seriously. These weave & hair works of art were often sent out to professionals to make.
